Tips of jogging to lose weight
When running, let your hands relax and make a fist (just touch your fingers lightly on the palm), and try to only swing your arms back and forth instead of crossing them in front of you. Bend your elbows at 90° and swing them between your waist and chest.
When you feel that your fists are too tight or your forearms are too tight, try lowering your arms and swinging them by your sides a few times to relax and adjust. Just jog for 45 minutes every other day and you will lose about 10 pounds per month.
