Convict Fitness-Introduction to the True Power Book—(Chapter 1, Part 4)

The editor previously introduced PrisonerFitness-The True Book of PowerIntroducing the first chapterPart One·Part Two·The third part, then I will introduce the fourth part to you.

I have been extremely lucky to have extensive exposure to and learn from their exercise philosophies. For example, Joe highlighted the fact that a lot of people used to train with their own body weight to get really strong. Of course, in order to demonstrate their strength, they also need to use external objects such as iron barrels and nails, but most of the time, they increase their strength by controlling their bodies. In fact, Joe hated barbells and dumbbells. He often told me in the prison cafeteria: "Today, people try to use barbells and dumbbells to make themselves bigger, which is really stupid. In fact, you can use your own body to build an impressive physique, and this is The training methods of ancient Greek and Roman athletes. Look at the statues handed down from that era. The muscles of those guys were bigger and more memorable when the artists created these statues. The ancient athletes who were models were obviously very muscular, and I imagine they could easily win bodybuilding competitions even today. In fact, it wasn't until the 19th century that weighted barbells were invented. If those facts weren't enough. If you agree with me, take a look at modern male gymnasts. Many of them have physiques that would put many bodybuilders to shame. p style="text-align: center;">

After studying and becoming a teacher

In these years, I I’ve talked to a lot of pros—many of them elite strongmen—for whom exercise is a religion and a way of life, and I’ve learned a lot about fitness over the years. and skills, and slowly integrated them into my system. Like other inmates, I realized the importance of physical fitness from prison life, because there is rarely a safe and comfortable life in prison. With sweat, I tried to convert the fitness knowledge I heard into concrete practice. In order to personally verify the correctness of various information, I never stopped for a day among many inmates. I was addicted to exercise and always maintained my peak condition. And I am famous for the fact that things involving me are always resolved quickly because I have great strength and explosive power. Over time, I became a legend Naturally, I gained more respect than I would have had without training, even because of it. My lifestyle and abilities earned me praise from some of the prison guards.

During the last few years of my sentence, I gained a reputation as a fitness guru, with many people (mainly new inmates) coming in every day. Come to me and ask me to be a coach. They all heard that I can turn them into tough guys in prison in a short time, and my fee is moderate. They want to learn a lost skill (which is really rare outside prison). Learn how to develop stunning muscles, physical prowess, beastly physique, and strength without the use of equipment, since most of them are too low-status to enter the strength training area in the courtyard. Exercise.

I have taught hundreds of inmates in prison and gained valuable experience that I would not have gained by exercising alone. I have learned how to apply my skills. Applying it to people with different body types and different metabolic abilities, I also learned about some mental factors that affect fitness, such as different people having different motivations for fitness. Therefore, I was able to continuously adjust my exercise system and refine mine step by step. exercise system, fromAnd make it easy for people of any level to master.

The book you are holding now is the "Secret Fitness Manual" that I summarized in prison. It represents the results of my teaching and my hard work. If I don't train my students to be strong enough, what awaits them is not just a missed opportunity in a certain competition, or a second place in a bodybuilding competition. Prison is cruel. Here, becoming strong is to survive; here, if you are weak or let others think you are weak, it means death. The people I trained with are still alive and well.

Thank you for everything!

Lights out!

In the cruel environment of head-to-head confrontation, how important is the strength and aura of men. I've experienced enough to write a book about this, and maybe one day I'll write it all out. But the current book is not about prison life, but about fitness. I also mention some of my prison experiences in it, just to give you an idea of the environment in which traditional training techniques survived. It was a savage, isolated, and shocking place. You don't need to be in the prison - just stay awayI can guarantee that since my method works for people in the most difficult and evil environments,That will work for you too.

Trust me!
