?Hamstring exercise: TRX leg curl

Today we are going to introduce you to a great movement to help you strengthen your hamstring muscles!

TRX leg curl

?The hamstring muscles have two main functions: flexing the knee joint and straightening the hip joint!

The TRX leg curl mainly uses its knee bending function!

And free weight (freehand) movements will also help you exercise core strength

Demonstration of actions:

1. Lie on your back on the floor, with your shoulders firmly against the ground, and your feet in the TRX. Keep your shoulders, knees, and hips in a straight line, and tighten your core! Start in a reverse medicine ball plank position!

2. Plant your feet firmly, use the hamstring muscles to bend your knees and pull the TRX back, bending your knees to 90 degrees! Keep your torso in a straight line at all times!

Note:

1. When the movement is at its highest, tighten your gluteal muscles and hamstrings, and then return to the starting position under control.

2. Keep your core tight throughout the entire movement. Perform a total of 8 times, 3 groups, andSet rest for 60 seconds.
