Standing Leg Curl, like other leg curls, is an isolation movement that exercises the biceps femoris and requires specific equipment to complete. The exercise can only be done with one leg, which can make up for the gap between the two legs.

Action essentials:

1. After adjusting the appropriate weight, face the standing leg curl Stand on the machine, stand on your left foot, and hook the heel of your right foot on the horizontal bar. Grasp the handle with your hands and keep your body upright and balanced during the movement.

2. Contract the biceps femoris and bend upward as hard as possible.

3. Pause and lower slowly and in a controlled manner
