The barbell power clean is a classic full-body explosive training:

1. Feet and shoulder width, hips set back, back straight

2. When the barbell moves from the ground to the knees, the knees extend and the angle between the back and the ground remains unchanged.

3. The barbell extends over the knees and hips, and when straightened, press the hips, raise the toes and shrug.

4. When the speed of the barbell reaches zero, turn your elbows and bend your shoulders, lower your center of gravity, and catch it with your shoulders! The whole process is done in one go with the barbell close to the body and guided by the arms
