[Butt Push] mainly exercises the buttocks. Stand with your feet together, hands on your hips, step one foot forward and bend your knees, pointing your toes forward into a lunge position. Gently push your hips forward until you feel a gentle pull in your buttocks. Don't overdo this move, as the hip flexors are connected to the muscles on the inside of the legs and only a slight pull can cause damage. Maintain this position for 5 seconds, then switch legs and continue the same movement.
