The shoulder joint is the most mobile joint in the human body and can rotate almost 360 degrees
The smoothness of shoulder movement is very important during exercise, but the shoulders must be involved in any upper limb movement! When your shoulder mobility is limited, it can cause a series of problems!
Today I’m going to share a great exercise that only requires an elastic band or a PVC pipe! Elastic bands will be better, the elastic contraction will not appear stiff, and it is kinder to the shoulders!
You can put them in your warm-up training to make your shoulders better!

The action is very simple
Keep your body straight and do not swing back and forth.
Hold the elastic band or PVC water pipe with your palms facing down.
As shown in the picture: Fix the elbow joint with a slight bend, raise one arm to the side, and then follow with the other hand to wrap the PVC water pipe behind the body. Then alternate. Like drawing a number 8!

This shoulder exercise shows you how to improve your shoulder's range of motion (ROM) and relieve upper back tightness. When performing the movement, if you feel stuck or in pain, please hold your hands a little farther apart. The further apart you hold, the lower the difficulty will be.
